Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

Clinical Cosmetology Training Institute offers educational programs delivered in in-person, hybrid, and online formats, depending on the selected program.

After successful enrollment and payment confirmation, students will receive:

  • Enrollment confirmation

  • Program access instructions

  • Course schedules

  • Orientation information

  • Required documentation requests

  • Student onboarding communication via email

Physical materials, kits, textbooks, or supplies included in the selected program will be distributed during orientation, scheduled pickup, or shipment, as required by the program.

Digital communications and onboarding information are typically delivered within 24–72 business hours after payment processing and enrollment verification.

Students are responsible for providing accurate contact information during enrollment to ensure proper delivery of communication and program updates.

Clinical Cosmetology Training Institute reserves the right to delay onboarding or program access if:

  • required documentation is incomplete,

  • payment processing is pending,

  • enrollment requirements are not met,

  • or administrative verification is still in progress.
